Jason Ludman

 

Jason Ludman is an entrepreneur who operates in film, branded video production, music and education spaces. He is the Founder and Executive Producer of both Lowland Pictures and Bretton Productions, two award-winning boutique production companies of narrative/documentary and branded content respectively. Additionally, Jason is a co-founder of the Music on the RISE Foundation, founded in August 2020, a non-for-profit music education program that aims to bring music resources, education and industry guidance to underserved communities throughout NYC. Music on the RISE Foundation operates out of Key + Needle Studios, where Jason also produces music.

 

On the film production end, Jason’s films have screened around the world at such festivals as Toronto International Film Festival, Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Oldenburg Film Festival and Cannes. His branded content include clientele such as Showtime, Amazon, JP Chase & Co and Patagonia. Lowland’s film #Horror (Chloe Sevigny & Timothy Hutton) was distributed by IFC Midnight for North American theatrical and VOD, with Paramount Pictures distributing in the UK, Eagle Films in the Middle East, ACE Entertainment in France and SC Movie in Australia. Lowland’s feature Ovid and The Art of Love (starring Corbin Bleu, Tara Summers & John Savage) was distributed by Level 33 Entertainment in the spring of 2020 for VOD. Lowland is also in development on a number of upcoming projects.

 

Jason is a native New Yorker, raised in Westchester County who now resides in Brooklyn.
